If you are a new customer, you will need to Register with a supported browser* to create an online profile. If you have received services from us before, please call (404) 532-0024 during business hours to obtain your Client # and temporary password for access.
All services are not available for online booking. These are services which require either, consultations or hair assessments prior to your visit. Below, is the list of these services. Please, call (404) 532-0024 and we’ll be happy to assist you with booking these services.
• All color services, except demi-color and permanent color touch up.
• Braiding/twisting extensions
• Loc extensions.
CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENT
A valid credit card (or debit card with credit card logo) will be needed only once to register via our secured online booking portal. This allows you 24/7 access to booking your appointments online. We do not charge your card at the time of registration. If you are a returning customer and already have a credit card on file, you do not have to give us an additional one.
CANCELLATION & LATE POLICIES
Appointments cannot be cancelled nor rescheduled online. If you need to either cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24-hours before your scheduled appointment by calling (404) 532-0024. Please, be sure to speak with a Loop Salon representative, or leave a voice message if one is not available at the time of your call. Failure to notify us of your change in appointment will result in your credit card being charged a $25 late-change fee. For us to accommodate each guest in a timely manner, we ask that you be on time for your appointments. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge the late-change fee if you arrive more than 15-minutes after your scheduled time. Also, please note that children are not allowed in the salon unless being serviced. Thank you for understanding.
